I am at C2 in English but I still struggle with listening sometimes

If someone can speak a language well enough, without having taken prior classes, can they take a test and get a certificate in said language?

Feeling like i'm making progress in spanish.

Opinion: It's quite rude to expect someone 2+ levels above your competency to tutor you in a language (without payment).
