This is just an appreciation post as nobody around me shares the love of language as I do.
As an American and 20 years old, I obviously speak English, I am intermediate in Spanish, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE learning french right now. I know English is the most important language in the world, but it still doesn't hurt to be fluent in 3 of the 5 most important languages around the world. I am really falling in love with France, Quebec, and French Africa. Especially during quarantine, learning French has boosted my morale and has given me an important goal.
