Many Indian immigrants around me speak this language. I'd like to learn it. It sounds great.
How did you go about it? What resources did you use, what are the pitfalls and traps to avoid? One thing I'm not lacking in is access to native speakers. Even my local librarian speaks Malayalam.
I've never had any experience before with learning a Dravidian language.
