I want to find a partner to help me with my speaking skill

I want to find a partner to practice speaking English with me to improve my speaking skill, my accent sounds unnatural, but I don't have many chances to use English in daily life. Actually I don't think I'm good at other skill (for example my grammar is very bad too), but I think having a person to practice with will help a lot to improve all my skills. I tried to find a partner for a long time but just can't find a suitable one, any suggests?
