I need to learn as much practical Spanish in exactly a week before I move. What method/resources should I use to get the best results?

So I have no knowledge in Spanish other than the odd vocab and a few years early on in school. In a weeks time I will be in Spain (with a family I know), working as a teacher in English. The lessons are all in English, but obviously I need to learn Spanish for things like transport, buying stuff, asking simple questions etc.

What app, website or method of learning should I use?

As a follow up, what are the best resources for learning it on a more advanced level once I'm there?
