How do I connect well with language partners when I don't have much to offer them?

I come from India, and I am working on learning Dutch. I've been trying to look for native speakers to talk to on-and-off for a while now, but I've run into an admittedly quite obvious problem.

I speak both English and Hindi, English at native, and Hindi at near-native, but understandbly, there are pretty much no Dutch people interested in learning Hindi, and their English is pretty good already. So what can I do? Should I look for dedicated tutors instead?
