I was learning spanish a few years ago and purchased italki credits and currently have $30.00 still in the account. However their site says that all purchases are non-refundable... Is there any way to get it back? The only way I could think is transferring my credits so someone else who could venmo/paypal me the same amount but I doubt theres any random stranger willing to do that as it sounds pretty suspicious. thoughts?
