Ive been living in belgium for 5 years and i was learning dutch(TL) for about a year and then i was in school until a year ago. I basically understand everything but i cant speak the language at all or form sentences in text either, I dont have many opportunities to socialize and i dont think that is gonna change so talking to people isnt really something thats a good option for me. How do i go from here? Id like to study in university but i dont think my language skills are good enough yet
