Anyone know how to make it easier to speak in person?

Whenever it’s online, with a tutor or you are talking to someone on the phone, native or not, I can speak at a B2 level, string multiple sentences, sound coherent but when I’m in person it’s like more difficult

It’s kind of like that feeling when you are presenting infront of a class and everything comes out faster and more awkwardly

Anyone have experience with this? Talking with natives online is way easier than in person. I am just wondering if anyone managed or knows how to close the gap?
