Tere! I am studying Estonian to pass the B2 level exam required for my degree program next spring. So far, things are going well, but I am searching for tips to beef up and balance my daily studies.
About me: Native English speaker, intermediate Finnish, intermediate French. I work full time on weekdays. Biweekly Estonian tutoring with iTalki since January.
My daily/weekly learning: Lesson with my iTalki tutor every other week for one hour (no English allowed). 30 minutes every day between Speakly and Clozemaster. Watch 30 minutes or more of videos in Estonian on YouTube daily. Each week I finish one chapter in the Complete Estonian language exercise book.
My level: A1, not sure how to describe. Good enough to not use English in class; I ask for clarification in Estonian.
Where shall I improve my weekly practice? Should I perhaps be writing more? Listening more?
Thanks! Aitäh!
