for niche language learners, can you find language learning books of your language at your library?

at my local library theres a couple dutch (i know its not technically niche but i live nowhere near europe) learning books, but way less than other languages of course. i'm not talking about languages you can barely find on the internet of course, just languages that not many people learn in your country.
