I long for the day when writing a paragraph doesn't require a textbook and a dictionary

Also, this what Monégasque looks like for anyone who was curious. Our main homework assignment is keeping a journal in the language, so we learn to write about ourselves, our families, our lives, and the world around us. Every single day, it's almost painful to write. I want to write. I have stories to tell. It's just incredibly difficult and doesn't reflect my own voice. I don't know enough to have a personality.
