What should my language learning schedule be and how many languages should I learn

I am fluent in English(C2), Spanish(B1) and I want to learn my heritage languages as well. My parents are Zambian they are fluent in Bemba then my grandparents speak multiple Zambian languages as well. I have vowed to learn it but I have been procrastinating. I have 4 years of high school experience and I am currently minoring in it for university. My goal is to be an immigration lawyer and I am an history major. What recommendations for languages would you suggest. The current idea is Bemba/Nyanja, French/Portuguese and Korean/Eastern European language. I have watched K-dramas for years so I am used to hearing Korean, I think I have a decent accent for French and from learning spanish, I can understand some Portuguese. Bemba/Nyanja for heritage, then Korean for personal enjoyment then French/Portuguese for career/enjoymnet purposes. I want a set schedule so when I return from break I can continue and grow in my language learning process. I work 3 12 hour shifts and an additional 5-20 hours for overtime.
