hi! so I’m trying to refresh my knowledge in spanish. I am trying to learn it over again. I do have some experience with the language from taking high school courses and college classes on it. however, things stick in bits and pieces. I can say sentences or questions like: donde está el baño? eres un médico? yo soy americana. but I was wondering if having a handful of verbs and mixing and matching them with nouns/other parts of speech will be helpful. like for example.. if learning about ser vs. estar, can I just take one conjugated beginning phrase like: yo estoy, and create sentences with it using different locations or places conforming to the grammatical structure/rule given the verb estar. estoy triste. estoy cansada. estoy en la casa. will this be effective? let me know what you think. I’m open to suggestions. sorry if I wasn’t very clear, would appreciate any feedback.
