Psychology sessions to improve your conversational level

I used to speak a language that I am now feeling a little rusty in, I don’t feel comfortable enough to use it with friends or at work so I need to find a way to practice my spoken ability. I feel like using a psychologist will allow me to stay engaged and good at keeping up with my lessons/ sessions. Has anyone done this if so is it ok?
