A while ago I came across a link to a browser translator that was meant to facilitate language learning. You would basically paste in text from your TL, or you could have it input random excerpts, and it would then translate it to your NL sentence by sentence highlighting which words/grammatical pieces conveyed each part of the translation.
Does anyone recognize this tool? I remember it supporting a very large number of languages.
