Can children become fluent in 3 languages?

I'm dutch (fluent and comfortable in English). As it appears to be, my future children will likely grow up in Germany and my gf is turkish, they will have to be raised in turkish because her family speaks 0 other languages. I'm a bit sad about the prospect to always have to communicate in German with my children instead of dutch or English. I don't like German a lot and my family has various levels of german proficiency, some basically zero. How realistic is adding dutch or English to their upbringing
