How can I use a native speaker to the best of my advantage?

I currently live with my best friend who is a native speaker of my TL. We only speak in my TL (except occasionally she wants to practice english).

I don’t struggle speaking or communicating with her, so I was wondering if there’s anything I could do or could ask her to do to help me learn more?

My idea was to google a random topic generator and set a 10 minute timer and have a conversation with her about a random topic to see which words I want to use but don’t know.
