For all of the people here who swear by Anki.. is your main focus on just recognizing the written word, or can you also actually reproduce it in writing, for example.
My TL is Russian and I struggle with output and honestly, just even remembering the vocabulary sometimes (still a beginner though at a beginning A2 level) so I was just wondering how other people feel about recognizing words vs. being able to use them as output.
