This is possibly a breach of the rules, but I would like some tips on where to find online resources for learning languages. I've wanted to learn livonian for a while and haven't found much more than Wikipedia articles documenting the language. Those aren't super helpful considering it's hard to stay focused on them and I am not as familiar with the ipa as I should be (which I've also tried to learn, but can't find a starting place).
