Using Azure tts or other equivalent AI-based tts as macOS extension.

I really enjoy the capabilities of Azure tts engine, Apple build-in tts or other are way behind.

Do you know whether is it 'somehow' possible to use Azure (or other equivalent, despite I haven't came by any) as an extension in macOS such that you select any text, for example, paragraph in a .pdf viewer and an option of using tts pops up?
