Creating a rigorous self-study plan, how do you stay motivated?

I just discovered that I will be moving to France to study abroad. I'm currently A2 in speaking/listening and B1 in reading/writing with a goal to hit the B2 level in all categories by January at the very latest. My current plan is to study for a minimum of 7 hours per week with a focus on immersion but I'm worried about losing the current momentum I have. How do you stay motivated with a daily language learning schedule? And what tips do you have to keep from burning out?
