Looking for Software for verbal repetition with recording

I'm looking for software that will assist me in pronunciation exercises that might work like this:

  1. play a recorded phrase from a set of recordings that I provide
  2. record my repeating the phrase
  3. play #2
  4. replay the original recorded phrase

I took a look under resources but didn't see such a thing. Can anyone point me to something like this? A plugin for Anki would be ideal, the product need not be free. Thank you!
