I come across this quote:
" One cannot be brave who has no fear. " (Renegade by Marissa Meyer)
This structure really surprised me. Why does the adjective clause not come right after the subject? Is this just a writing style? I wonder what this grammar / structure is called? I'd really appreciate your answers! ☺️
