If you're learning a language with few learning resources and/or little mediatic presence it's like you're in a different world from other language learners. I want to hear from you.

Some languages have 1) a lot of learning resources for beginners, and sometimes good learning resources for intermediate and advanced students too 2) good amount of native audiovisual and publishing for its speakers.

This is especially true for national official languages in Europe, although it's not true for European minoritised languages.

This is quite different from the experience of someone who's learning a language that has poor or sometimes no learning resources directed for beginners. For example, you can be learning a language where if there are television shows at all, there are no subtitles. Sometimes there are no graded readers, no textbooks, no dictionaries, no thesaurus etc. And sometimes the language has little audiovisual content or books for native speakers as well.
