I already knew Israel was on the conservative side, but I just listened to a podcast arguing why Israel should lower the minimum wage. I forget the exact numbers, but they themselves said it’s lower than in the USA. I googled it in Hebrew and I got several results arguing why Israel shouldn’t lower the minimum wage. When I google lowering minimum wage in English I don’t actually get very many results on that. I get plenty of results debating on whether you should raise it or not. I barely saw anything that had to do with actually lowering minimum wage.
