How does your language express "love at first sight"?

Hello everyone, so in Greece when someone falls in love immediately we say

×"τον/την χτύπησε ο έρωτας κατακούτελα" which literally translates to "love hit him/her in the forehead"

× "ερωτεύτηκε κεραυνοβόλα" which translates to "he/she fell in love like lightening"

I am inclined to belive that in the first phrase love is associated with a bullet, which can also hit you in the forehead and have tremendous impact, like falling on love. In the second phrase it is associated with a lighting because it strikes fast.
