Searching someone to talk to

Hi, I'm an italian girl and I'm searching a way to find some young boys or girls to talk to. I've been studying english since when I was six, but I never improved enough (infact there may be some errors, Sorry). Anyway, I tried some apps, like Tandem or HelloTalk, but I was searching someone who I could chat and chill with, like a genuine friend, just to improve a little bit. I'm asking you if you could have some suggestions for me. I could "return the favour" to my interlocutor, just saying. Thanks for the answers
