How hard would it be for me (26yo) to learn my native language if my parents will teach me?

I am East Indian, and I don't really know how to speak my native language (Punjabi). I kind of understand it, but have a heard time speaking it. I'm curious, if I ask my parents (whom I live with) to only speak punjabi with me (so I would be actively speaking it every day), would I be able to learn the language fluently at this age?
