My career demands studying in my free time. How efficient would it be to combine this with my target language?

Note that I'm about five years deep into this language, and I have around 12,500 cards in my Anki.

I work in IT and the nature of this field demands studying in one's free time to keep up with the technology. I've been trying to improve my networking, Linux, and security knowledge but I don't want to get complacent in my language learning. I was wondering if there was a way to kill two birds with one stone by reading about technical subjects in my target language(Korean).

Does anyone have experience doing something similar?
