I need help finding/translating!

“Hi fout bem doen in fcine”

I recently stumbled across this phrase. I’m curious as to it’s meaning but can’t seem to find it’s origin language! I’ve tried Google Translates detect language feature and Polygot but to no avail.

I’m particularly interested in the meaning of the first two words “Hi fout”. I believe it to be Dutch but that yields nothing from google translate.

If someone could help me out I’d be grateful!
