Text to speech with pause control between sentences?

Looking for text to speech sites with pause control between sentences for Hindi.

There are already several sites, but l'm interested in pause control features. For example, "My name is John." (Pause 5 seconds). "My name is John." (Pause 5 seconds).

After that I would like to download as a mp3 file. Then I we would like to listen to the file for vocabulary and listening practice.

I currently use http://www.text2voice.org It's free and supports Hindi. Also, mp3 creation is supported. The only thing missing is pause control features...
