My TV provider, Spectrum, has Spanish audio available for a few things, namely bigger stuff, like Disney shows and movies, the Simpsons, etc. However, I found that, for some shows, even those as famous as Spongebob, only some episodes, seemingly random, have Spanish dubs available. Even for the Simpsons, which I assume has every episode available in Spanish, you can't watch it in Spanish on demand. On top of this, there are a bunch of shows that have Spanish dubs, but which, as far as I know, are not available in America, despite how large a market that would appeal to.
So, what is the legal option, if any, to be able to watch American cartoons in Spanish dubs if you live in America?
