How to learn a language through Gaming effectively?

Hello,

I figured out that I learn tons of new words through Gaming due to context, memorizing the picture, etc. So I figured out I should change the language, since every type of medium (softwares, games, TV shows, movies, manuals) I used was in English, I don't think I learned English in school.

I want to play The Last of Us again in order to learn Spanish. My question would be, in which language should be the Audio and Subtitles? Stupid question, but I can't decide whether I should go for Spanish Dub and Spanish Sub or English Dub and Spanish Sub or vice versa.
