When I watch a show on my laptop, it has more languages available than when I watch it on my TV (5 year old Sony with a built in Netflix app). For example, on my laptop I can watch Boss Baby in Cantonese, but on the TV I don't have that option.
Dora the Explorer is only available in English, yet I know for a fact that it has been dubbed in tons of languages. Netflix doesn't even offer Dora in Spanish.
How can I get all languages? Do I need a VPN or something? Is there a better streaming service for language learning? What do you recommend?
