Attaining C1 level in three years or less? Is it possible?

So, I'm learning French, I would like to reach C1 in three years if possible. I'm currently a beginner, but I practice 1-2 hours 5 days a week. If I had more time I'd practice more.

I'm not a native English speaker, I'm actually a native Spanish speaker. I've been speaking the language my whole life though, so I got pretty good at it and so I'm at a C1 level with it.

So, is this doable? Anyone have any advice? Any resources? I already use Kwiziq, Memrise, and I'm taking a class to learn more. I've found some groups of speakers around my area and I attend to their gatherings.
