ive been trying to learn a language for 4 years but cant get any down at all used the ( god forbidden apps ) used youtube watched tv/ over 4000 hours of anime. ( japaneese 4 years ) but i cant understand it or speak it or type / wright in it? is it just impossible for me to do so? should i take a basica language like Spanish/German?
