I hope I don't sound condescending, I am just curious. I've seen the arguments to learn it - foundation for romance languages and historical reasons. However, could I actually use Latin on a day to day life? I learnt mandarin to a competatnt level and use it almost daily, talking to friends or watching shows. Could I have a chat with a friend in Latin or is there any media for Latin?
