Youtube is finally confused about which language I speak

Just received this unexpected email in German, of all things. I suspect that it's a glitch in the system and people all over the world have received such an unexpected email, but it's fun to believe that Google's almighty AI is finally completely confused by the language that I speak. https://i.redd.it/b3h3ulc4fxg31.png Right now I've got Youtube in English (because I notice that in other languages text gets cut off). But Google Maps still shows in Polish for me, and I set Chrome in Italian about a year ago... and my country for Youtube as Italy. And that's just what I remember.
