What if I listen to an audiobook in English and then read the corresponding part in other language I’m learning?

I speak and understand basic Spanish but I’m pretty good at learning from context. Could it be a good idea if for example I listen to a book on my way to work and back in English and then in the evening read those same chapters in Spanish?
