What is the best way for a Farsi speaker to improve her English?

Hey everyone! So I've been teaching myself English for like 3-4 years through the Internet. But just found out I haven't improved much recently. I have no idea how to improve more than this I don't even know my level and don't know any accurate test on the net. Also unfortunately there's literally no app for farsi speakers to study English or any other languages Apps like duolingo and etc don't seem to care about farsi speakers. I'm mainly struggling with grammar. Any ideas would be appreciated Also if someone needs help with learning Farsi, I will gladly help them 😊
