I'm forgetting all of my German, a month away from the most important german test I'll ever take.

Hello! In just a month I'm taking the Sprachdiplom B1 and I'm completely anxious because I'm forgetting all of my skills in German to the point where I literally cannot form a coherent sentence without using Google Translate. I've been studying for almost 10 years now and I'm stuck; any advice?
