Anybody have tips for keeping two similar languages seperate in your head?

I am around B2-C1 in spanish, and recently started learning portuguese.

I realized that in a day where I have been studying portuguese, and then go to speak spanish, sometimes I'll accidentally throw in a portuguese word.

"Sí, voy a falar-- errrr, hablar con ellos"

"Eso es muito-- oops, muy bien"

Has anybody here ran into this problem?
