Is it realistic to learn several languages at once? I would like to improve French and German then learn also Spanish and Korean

In English I am nearly fluent, while in German I am at A1-A2 level and in French I am barely at A2-B1 at best.

I tried to learn Korean and some Spanish too in the past but I did not have enough tjme to really focus on them.

German would be the hardest for me tbh
