What is something really cool that you've accomplished or that's happened in your life, that wouldn't have happened if you hadn't learned your TL?

I would never have gotten the opportunity to go to China like I did if I hadn't started learning Chinese when I did. I wouldn't have met my boyfriend. What about you guys?
