Fluency Made Easy Book by Ikenna Obi - Anyone Read It?

Hello!

I'm curious if anyone here follows Ikenna Obi on YouTube. He has pretty engaging videos and seems like a pretty nice dude. He knows six languages and wrote a book called Fluency Made Easy that documents his methods. I can't really find any reviews on it here (or really anywhere online besides his own website). Has anyone read his book?
