Can any native English speaker or someone who speaks the language well help me correct the following text?

I work for an air line in an airport in Brazil and the boarding announcement is not, I feel, entirely correct (and is kind of badly written), but I'm not able to say exactly what is wrong. The text is exactly the following:

"Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, Air Europa customers on the flight UX58 destination Madrid, we would like to inform that your boarding will start in a while. We also would like to ask you to, please, keep your travel documents and boarding card held, for a security check. Customers on Business Class or holding Suma Gold and Platinum cards, also SkyTeam Elite or Elite Plus, please take the SkyPriority access. Elderly people, pregnant, with toddlers or children up to 2 years old, or needing any kind of special assistance, to take the Priority access. Customers on Tourist Class, we would ask you please, take the corresponding Tourist Class. Thanks for your attention and have a nice flight."

I would be really thankful for anyone who could help me. Thanks in advance.
