Does anyone else have an upmost desire to speak face-to-face with natives in your target language?

I live in a very secluded area in Pennsylvania. That is to say, there is not a lot of diversity that goes on around here. I can speak, conversationally, Spanish, Russian and Korean. I've been talking with people online in these languages for practice, but I want to break through that barrier and get to talk to people in person, however I just can't seem to bump into people in that sense. I've tried making it into the city to find people talking in a different language, but I always find them speaking English or a language that I don't know/learn.

Who else is in my predicament? Is there a loophole around this?
