Hi,
I'm half Chinese yet I don't speak Chinese fluently and I'm kind of ashamed about it. I don't know many characters maybe 100 to 200 characters. I wouldn't say my level in Chinese is anywhere proficient, but I can understand better than I can speak it.
What would you suggest me to do to improve my level?
