Arabic Text-to-Speech (TTS) Engine?

Can anyone here recommend a good Arabic Text-to-Speech (TTS) Engine?

Ideally, I'm looking for something (or several things) that can do Modern Standard, Leventine and Egyptian dialects.

I want something better than the Google Translate TTS.
